Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Varanasi. The Architect will oversee architectural design for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects using UltraTech products, ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and alignment with local regulations and sustainability standards. Daily responsibilities include developing concept designs, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineering, construction, and procurement teams, and supporting project planning and execution. The role involves site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and resolve design or construction issues, as well as collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, cost-effective solutions. The Architect will also contribute to continuous improvement in design standards and integration of innovative building materials and techniques.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills for planning, detailing, and visualizing building projects.
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills to work with design tools, BIM platforms, and related digital workflows where applicable.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders, and to manage documentation and approvals.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site and with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in cement, construction, or infrastructure projects in India is an advantage.
