Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Create plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams.
- Assist with material selection and design specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Support project planning, approvals, and documentation.
- AutoCAD and architectural design software.
- Revit / SketchUp / 3D visualization tools.
- Strong design and technical drawing skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
- Project coordination and site supervision.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
