Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop architectural plans for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for renovations or new construction.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports for building projects.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, residential, and township development projects.
• Proficiency in designing high-rise buildings using various software tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients.
