Architect- south delhi -2 To 5 yrs exp

role & responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural design projects from inception to execution
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver integrated design solutions
• Oversee design presentations,
• Utilize 3D software for visualization and client presentation
• Design and develop concept in 3 D and 2 D.
• Be part of design of public buildings, housing , commercial , terminals, etc

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch / M.Arch with 2 to 05 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp (mandatory) and working knowledge of 3D software.
• Good understanding of building bye-laws and approval processes.
