Architect -Microsoft 365 & Active Directory Tenant Migration

Job Title: Microsoft 365 & Active Directory Migration Lead

Bangalore; Hyderabad

12-18 years

• Design and deliver M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations covering Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as migrations from third-party email platforms using IMAP.
• Build new AD and M365 environments for carved-out entities, and migrate users and computers across forests.
• Configure Entra Connect, including soft-match, UPN/SMTP changes, and domain cutovers.
• Deploy EMS E3, Intune, Purview/AIP, Defender for O365, and DLP.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and Graph API, lead the delivery team, and support presales.

• Identity: Active Directory, Entra ID, and Entra Connect.
• Tools: BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, ShareGate, AvePoint, ADMT, and SysTools.
• Workloads: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Security and automation: Intune, DLP, and PowerShell.
• Scale: Hands-on delivery of migrations with 5,000+ users.

• Certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, or AZ-104.
• Experience with Mimecast.
• Background in the BFSI or manufacturing sector.
