Architect - Liaisoning & D&D

Responsibilities : -

• Should be able to handle liaisoning work with Corporation, Town Planning, PCMC, PMRDA, etc.
• Should be well versed in all relevant rules, regulations and bye laws pertaining to liaisoning work.
• Preparation of feasibility report, coordination with consultants, amenities, landscaping, etc.
• Should be able to calculate built up and saleable area
• Should have knowledge of Autocad, 3D Max, Revit, etc.
• Should be able to prepare and get the plans sanctioned for projects.
• Liaisoning with officials for NOCs & sanctioning.
• Initial designing of project buildings & concept drawings for discussion.
• Contribute in discussions on aesthetics, specifications, amenities & landscaping & Check progress on work & quality.
• Working Knowledge of RERA

Desired profile of the candidate : -

• B.Arch. with min. 5 yrs. of experience in liaisoning & design dept. of real estate / construction company.
• Post Graduate in Architecture/Liaisoning would be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• He should have a pleasant personality and should have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• He should be well versed in MS Office & other basic computer skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP will be preferred.
• Highly motivated and result oriented and should able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Construction Industry, real estate, sales, collection, CRM, Post sales activities is a must
