The intern will assist in architectural design, documentation, visualization, and project development while gaining practical exposure to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in concept development, space planning, and architectural design
• Prepare and modify 2D drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Assist with 3D modelling, rendering, and presentation drawings.
• Conduct design research, material research, and site studies.
• Support preparation of client presentations and design proposals.
• Coordinate drawings and design information with the project team.
• Participate in site visits and project discussions when required.
• Assist with quantity calculations, BOQs, and basic project documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and drawing sets.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing B.Arch. or recently graduated.
• Good understanding of architectural design principles and space planning.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Knowledge of SketchUp or similar 3D software will be an advantage.
• Good presentation and visual communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
