Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead infrastructure transformation initiatives across Data Center, Azure Cloud, Wintel, and VMware platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, providing strategic technology leadership, architecture governance, and guidance on modernization, optimization, security, resiliency, and operational excellence.
The Enterprise Architect will act as the customers advocate, ensuring technology decisions align with business objectives while driving innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Advisory Leadership
- Act as a trusted technology advisor and advocate for the customer.
- Translate business requirements into technology roadmaps and architectural strategies.
- Provide executive-level recommendations on infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption.
- Lead architecture reviews, strategy workshops, and governance discussions.
- Present technology recommendations to customer leadership and stakeholders.
Infrastructure Architecture
- Define and maintain enterprise infrastructure architecture standards and best practices.
- Develop technology roadmaps covering Data Center, Azure Cloud, Wintel, VMware, Backup, Storage, and Networking.
- Ensure scalability, security, availability, and performance across enterprise environments.
- Design hybrid cloud and multi-tier infrastructure solutions.
Azure Cloud
- Lead Azure cloud architecture, migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Design landing zones, governance models, identity integration, security controls, and cost optimization frameworks.
- Provide guidance on Azure IaaS, PaaS, Backup, DR, Networking, and Monitoring solutions.
- Drive cloud adoption and migration strategies.
Data Center VMware
- Design and optimize VMware-based virtualization platforms.
- Architect high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Evaluate and modernize data center infrastructure.
- Define capacity planning and performance management strategies.
Wintel Platform
- Provide architectural oversight for Microsoft Windows Server environments.
- Define standards for Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows infrastructure services.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, patching, and lifecycle management.
Governance Compliance
- Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Transformation Innovation
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations.
- Support AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop business cases and ROI models for infrastructure investments.
