Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect / Draftsman with strong knowledge of architectural design, working drawings and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience in township projects and should be capable of handling architectural drawings and coordination from design development through execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
• Develop and modify architectural drawings as per project requirements.
• Prepare township layouts and related architectural drawings.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, civil and other engineering drawings.
• Review drawings for accuracy, quality and constructability.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers and project teams.
• Conduct site visits to check the implementation of approved drawings.
• Identify drawing-related issues and provide suitable solutions.
• Incorporate revisions and changes as required by management and project teams.
• Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and project requirements.
• Support the project team in timely completion of architectural deliverables.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or relevant qualification.
• 1015 years of relevant experience in architecture/drafting.
• Township project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural software.
• Good understanding of building plans, layouts and construction details.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work with consultants and site execution teams.
