Architect / Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Architect / Interior Designer with mandatory experience in corporate interiors and commercial workplace projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, space planning, layouts, and detailed interior drawings for corporate office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts and space plans for corporate office and workplace projects.
• Prepare layouts, furniture plans, RCP, flooring plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Create design presentations, mood boards, and material selections based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and project requirements.
• Review and coordinate with MEP teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and coordinate with execution teams for design implementation.

Required Skills:

• Mandatory experience in corporate interiors / commercial office interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, layout design, and interior detailing.
• Understanding of interior materials, finishes, and workplace design standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
