10+ years of professional experience in architecture, with strong exposure to MCGM projects, DCPR 2034, DCR, and local building by-laws.
Responsibilities
- Handle MCGM approvals and statutory processes, including IOD, CC, OC, amendments, submissions, and liaison with MCGM officials.
- Lead architectural design, drawings, project documentation, tender drawings, BOQs, site visits, and project execution.
- Coordinate with structural/MEP consultants, contractors, junior architects, and drafting teams, ensuring compliance with safety, sustainability, and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office, with strong communication, coordination, leadership, and project management skills; B.Arch/M.Arch and COA registration preferred.
