Architect - Asst. Manager / Deputy Manager

Candidates with prior Real Estate industry experience only should apply.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in preparing concept, detailed, working, and GFC drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with building bye-laws and company standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams for design execution.
• Support MEP, Projects, Purchase, and Sales teams with design requirements.
• Provide site support and resolve design-related queries.
• Maintain design documentation, drawings, and handover records.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned design deliverables as per project schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Arch. preferred
• 6 years of experience in residential real estate
• Experience in residential projects, working/GFC and sanction drawings
• Knowledge of building bye-laws, approvals, and value engineering
• Familiarity with Kolkata/Eastern India regulations is an added advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
