Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries.

• Provide expert guidance on GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) implementation using ServiceNow tools.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting with a focus on ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong understanding of integrated risk management (ILM) principles and their application in an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record as a lead or principal consultant in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
