Urgent Requirement

Role & responsibilities

Developing detailed Working Drawings, municipal submission drawings, sections, elevations, and detail drawings.

Preparing conceptual design schemes and spatial planning as per project requirements.

Understanding and applying local building bye-laws and National Building Code (NBC) standards.

Coordinating effectively with structural consultants, MEP engineers, site teams, and project management.

Ensuring technical accuracy, drawing standard compliance, and timely project delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in Working Drawings, Sections, and Elevations (Mandatory).

Educational Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch / Diploma in Architecture.

3 to 6 years of hands-on professional experience in architectural drafting and project planning.

Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD / ZWCAD, 3D tools (SketchUp/Revit), and MS Office.

Good communication, presentation, and team coordination skills.
