Studio Clipoture is looking for a creative, detail-oriented

Architect to join our growing team. If you have a strong foundation in spatial planning and a flair for seamless 2D and 3D visualization, we want to hear from you!

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Chennai

What You Will Do:

• Collaborate on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and specialized industrial (factory and warehouse) designs.
• Develop comprehensive master plans and detailed 2D/3D interior and exterior layouts.
• Produce high-quality architectural renderings and client presentations.
• Integrate unique design elements, seamlessly blending modern spatial requirements with traditional architectural concepts.
• Coordinate with structural and planning teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility from concept to execution.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architecture and spatial design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar rendering tools).
• Design Sensibility: A strong portfolio showcasing conceptualization, master planning, and high-quality rendering skills.
• Mindset: A proactive team player with excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
