Arcgis Enterprise Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and deploy ArcGIS Enterprise solutions on-premise and cloud environments.
• Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ArcGIS Enterprise deployment, configuration, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise administration.
• Strong understanding of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ArcGIS Enterprise software products (ArcMap/ArcCatalog).
• Experience with deployment options for ArcGIS Enterprise including on-premise servers or cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
