Arabic Language Expert

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide Arabic language support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process transactions, answer questions, and provide product information to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in speaking Arabic language (written communication skills are also required).
• 0-8 years of experience in BPO voice process or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of Arabic grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
