Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide language support to clients through email, chat, or messaging platforms.
  
• Translate and interpret text from English to Arabic with high accuracy and fluency.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  
• Work on a rotational shift schedule including night shifts (24/7).
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in translation, interpretation, or related fields.
  
• Strong proficiency in Arabic language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent typing speed (at least 30 wpm) with high accuracy using MS Office tools like Word & Excel.
