Job Overview

We are looking for an Arabic Language Proficient Backend Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities involving Arabic-language communication and documentation. The ideal candidate must have strong Arabic language skills and the ability to understand, interpret, and process Arabic-language information accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day backend operations and administrative tasks.
• Read, understand, and process Arabic-language documents, messages, and business-related information.
• Communicate with Arabic-speaking stakeholders whenever required.
• Maintain operational records, databases, reports, and trackers with a high level of accuracy.
• Verify information, update internal systems, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Arabic reading and writing.
• Ability to understand Arabic conversations and communicate effectively.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and computer-based operations.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and time management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with a degree or certification in Arabic Language, Arabic Studies, or a related field will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong Arabic proficiency can apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in backend operations, data processing, customer support, or documentation will have an added advantage.
