1) Team Lead - AR Calling with Denial Management (5+ Years)

• Should carry minimum 1 year team lead experience in AR Calling with denial management.
• Should carry 5+ years of relevant experience in AR Calling with denial management

2) Team Coach- AR Calling with Denial Management (5+ Years)

• Should carry minimum 1 year SME experience in AR Calling with denial management.
• Should carry 5+ years of relevant experience in AR Calling with denial management

3) AR Trainer (4+ Years)

• Should carry minimum 6 months trainer experience

4) Team Lead - Prior Authorisation (5+ Years)

• Should carry minimum 1 year team lead experience in Prior Authorisation.
• Should carry 5+ years of relevant experience in Prior Authorisation.

5) Team Coach - Prior Authorisation (4+ Years)

6) VNA Trainer (5+Yrs)

• Experience in Voice & Accent, Soft Skills, and Communication Training.
• Ability to conduct classroom training, mock calls, and practical assessments.
• Knowledge of US Healthcare / Medical Billing / RCM terminology is preferred.
