Inviting applications for the role of RCM (AR) Specialist AR and Collections Management

Work location: Noida(work from office)

Shift: Candidates must be willing to work 5 days from the office, with a 6:00 AM IST shift start

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Receivable (RCM) Specialist to own and execute end-to-end management of AR Follow-up and Denials Management, Billing & Collection. In this dynamic role, you will manage follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims with insurance payers and period-end reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will leverage strong analytical skills to investigate open balance. The ideal candidate possesses deep, hands-on experience with RCM.

• AR Follow-up

Responsible for timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims with insurance payers to maximize reimbursements, reduce AR aging, and minimize revenue leakage.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize assigned AR work queues based on aging, payer, dollar value, and follow-up date.
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, rejected, and underpaid claims through payer portals, calls, correspondence, and worklists.
• Analyze EOBs, ERAs, denial reasons, claim status responses, and payment variances to determine next action.
• Initiate corrected claim submission, claim resubmission, reconsideration, or appeal support as applicable.
• Maintain accurate documentation of actions taken, payer responses, next follow-up date, and escalation reason.
• Identify recurring claim issues and escalate complex reimbursement barriers to Specialist/Team Lead.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, turnaround time, and collection expectations.
• Collaborate with Billing, Coding, Authorization, and Payment Posting teams to resolve account-level issues.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of AR experience with digital finance operations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Working knowledge of healthcare RCM and claim lifecycle.
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, SUN System, Telis or similar enterprise systems.
• Understanding of payer adjudication, denials, rejections, underpayments, and AR aging buckets.
• Ability to interpret EOB/ERA, claim status, payer correspondence, and account notes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for payer and internal follow-up.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and RCM/billing systems.
