AR - Collections Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Contact domestic and international customers via calls and emails to follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers to obtain payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, billing queries, and payment-related issues.
• Track outstanding receivables, maintain collection records, and monitor payment statuses.
• Coordinate with the Cash Application team by sharing UTR and remittance details to support payment allocation.
• Support the Accounts Receivable team in achieving collection targets and maintaining accurate records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Any graduate; freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections is not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over phone calls and emails.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, professional, and willing to learn, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Available to join immediately or at short notice.
• Willing to work from the office in Bengaluru.

Role Details:

• Duration: 6-month contract
• Stipend: 35,000 per month
