Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle AR Calling activities for Provider Side Healthcare Billing.
• Work on both Physician Billing and Hospital Billing accounts.
• Analyze and resolve various claim denial scenarios.
• Contact insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
• Follow up on denied, rejected, underpaid, and pending claims.
• Identify root causes of denials and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Document account activities accurately and maintain productivity standards.
• Escalate complex claim issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with client and payer guidelines while performing collections and denial follow-up activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Provider Side Healthcare AR Calling.
• Mandatory experience in both Physician Billing & Hospital Billing.
• Strong knowledge of Denial Management and Resolution.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
