Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
• Identify and address denial management strategies to minimize write-offs.
• Utilize RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) processes to optimize revenue streams.
• Collaborate with US healthcare teams on medical billing and claims processing.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in AR calling, denial management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare systems and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/insurance companies.
• Proficiency in RCM software applications such as Epic Systems or similar tools.
• Freshers and people who don't have the relavent experience please don't apply
