Position: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2-4 Years

Job Description:

• Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups for US healthcare/medical billing.
• Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and payment status.
• Work on denial management, claim rejections, and payment discrepancies.
• Analyze unpaid claims, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain AR reports and follow up on pending claims to meet productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

• Experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing.
• Knowledge of AR Calling, Denial Management, and Claims Follow-up.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
