AR Caller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and patient inquiries.
• Verify eligibility for medical services rendered and process claims accordingly.
• Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with patients, providers, and insurance companies.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-2 years of experience in AR calling or related field (e.g., revenue cycle management).
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including eligibility verification and denial management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
