Job Summary:

We are looking for candidates to work in US Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The role involves processing medical claims, insurance verification, payment posting, and accounts receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and follow up on US healthcare claims.
• Perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
• Handle claim rejections, denials, and appeals.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and claim follow-ups.
• Understand EOB/ERA and assist with payment posting.
• Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
• Ensure quality and productivity targets are met.

Requirements:

• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of US healthcare/medical billing is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
