AR Caller - US Healthcare

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Check claim status, payment status, denials, and underpaid claims.
• Follow up on unpaid and rejected claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify reasons for claim denials and take appropriate corrective action.
• Work on insurance portals to check claim status and obtain claim-related information.
• Maintain accurate notes and update claim status in the billing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and reimbursement issues.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Required Skills

• Experience in US Healthcare AR Calling, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Knowledge of insurance follow-up, claim status, denial management, and payment posting.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: [0.6 Months as applicable]
• Qualification: Graduation Not mandatory.
• Shift: US Shift / Night Shift (6Pm -3Am)
• Work Location: [Chennai, Ambattur]
