AR Caller & Prior Authorization

Responsibilities:

• Have good Knowledge in Denial management
• Follow up with Insurance carriers for claim status.
• Follow up insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims.
• Receive payment information if the claims have been processed.
• Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.
• Candidate with complete AR scenarios knowledge
• Complete RCM Knowledge.
• Terminologies of US Medical Billing
• Handle Hospital or Physician billing
• Monitoring and responding to prior authorization requests
• Keeping accurate records of authorization information
• Approving or authorizing prior authorizations over the phone, online, or by fax
• Creating efficient intake and authorization processes
