Job Title: AR Caller - US Healthcare
Location: Chennai
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Transport: Two-way cab provided

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patients insurance eligibility, benefits, coverage details, and policy validity by contacting US insurance companies.
• Obtain prior authorizations for hospital services, procedures, admissions, and diagnostic tests as required.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and hospital billing teams to ensure timely authorization approvals
• Document verification results, authorization numbers, reference IDs, and follow-up details accurately in the system.
• Follow up on pending authorizations, resolve insurance-related queries, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines and hospital billing procedures.
• Resolve billing and payment issues
• Update claim status accurately in the system
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Any degree
• Good English communication skills (mandatory)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to work in night shift
