Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and motivated AR Callers - Physician Billing to join our US Healthcare RCM team. Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and hands-on experience in Physician Billing are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an AR Caller in US Healthcare RCM.
• Hands-on experience in Physician Billing.
• Good understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
• Experience in insurance follow-up and claim status verification.
• Knowledge of denials, rejections, underpayments, and outstanding claims.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing terminology and US insurance processes.
• Ability to analyze accounts and identify reasons for outstanding balances or claim issues.
• Willingness to work in a US Healthcare night shift.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-up.
• Check claim status and determine reasons for unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims.
• Follow up on denied, rejected, and outstanding physician billing claims.
• Identify claim discrepancies and take appropriate action for resolution.
• Work on AR aging accounts and prioritize follow-ups based on account status.
• Verify insurance information and claim-related details as required.
• Document call details, claim updates, and follow-up actions accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams for claim corrections and resolution.
• Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of US Healthcare Insurance and Physician Billing.
• Understanding of AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and claim resolution.
• Knowledge of physician billing workflows and claim processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working in a US Healthcare night-shift environment.
• Ability to handle insurance calls professionally and confidently.
