Roles and Responsibilities

• 1. Review and follow up on pending medical claims with insurance companies
• 2. Handle denials, resolve issues, and resubmit claims as required
• 3. Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with US healthcare guidelines
• 4. Work closely with the billing team to reduce AR days
• 5. Maintain documentation and update claim status in the system
• 6. Communicate effectively with clients/payers for claim resolutions
• 7. Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
