Position: AR Caller (Physician Billing & Hospital Billing) Fresher & Experienced

Location: Chennai
Experience: Freshers & 0.8 Months to 2 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Cab Facility: Available

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups with insurance companies.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and check claim status.
• Identify and resolve claim denials and rejections.
• Analyze unpaid and underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
• Communicate with insurance companies to ensure timely claim payments.
• Maintain accurate records of claim status and follow-up activities.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing and US healthcare is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts.
