About this role
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle US Healthcare AR calling and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and payments.
- Maintain accurate records and meet process quality standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Freshers with BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, or B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry/Computer Science/Mathematics).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts (5:30 PM2:30 AM) in Chennai.
- Diploma, B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech candidates are not eligible.
