Position: AR Caller (Physician Billing amp; Hospital Billing) Fresher amp; Experienced

Location: Chennai
Experience: Freshers amp; 0.8 Months to 2 Years
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups with insurance companies.
Follow up on outstanding claims and check claim status.
Identify and resolve claim denials and rejections.
Analyze unpaid and underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
Communicate with insurance companies to ensure timely claim payments.
Maintain accurate records of claim status and follow-up activities.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of medical billing and US healthcare is an advantage.
Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts.
