AR caller Experienced || Hyderabad || immediate ||

We are hiring AR Callers with experience in Physician Billing for our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid, denied, and underpaid medical claims.
• Analyze and resolve claim denials through effective denial management.
• Identify root causes of claim rejections and take corrective actions.
• Work on aging accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely claim reimbursement.
• Review payment postings, EOBs, and insurance correspondence.
• Escalate unresolved claims and maintain accurate documentation of follow-up activities.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

• 1 - 4 years of experience in Medical Billing AR Calling.
• Hands-on experience in Physician Billing.
• Strong knowledge of AR Voice Process and Denial Management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with US healthcare insurance guidelines and claim adjudication processes.
• Ability to work in night shifts.

Eligibility:

• Experience in AR Calling is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
