JD - Billing Rejections - Hospital Billing

• Handle UB-04 / CMS-1450 hospital billing claims.
• Work on claim submission, batches & billing rejections.
• Handle Eligibility, Payer & Scrubber rejections.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & Payer guidelines.
• Knowledge of Clearinghouses & Payer portals.
• Hands-on experience with Types of Bills (TOB).
• Knowledge of Secondary Claims process.
• Experience with billing/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, etc. is preferred.

JD - AR Denials Calling - Hospital Billing

• Handle UB-04 / Hospital Billing claims.
• Voice + Back-end blended role involving insurance calling & claim follow-up.
• Follow up with Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Payers.
• Handle denials, underpayments & claim resolution.
• Review AR aging and prioritize accounts for follow-up.
• Work on appeals, rebilling & claim corrections.
• Use payer portals & billing systems for claim follow-up.
• Maintain accurate account notes & follow-up records.
• Knowledge of 72-Hour Rule / Hospitalization guidelines.
