AR Caller / AR Analyst

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking freshers to join our healthcare revenue cycle management team for the following roles: AR Caller, AR Analyst, and Insurance Verification.

The ideal candidates will handle insurance follow-ups on outstanding claims, ensure the timely resolution of denials, and maintain accurate documentation to support clean collections.

Key responsibilities:

• Call Insurance Companies (US-based) to follow up on pending or denied medical claims.
• Analyze Claim denials and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Identify, document, and reoprt trends in denials or payment delays
• Updated Claim Status in billing software accurately
• Maintain productivity and quality standards set by the company
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt claim resolution.
• Stay informed about payer policies, industry updates, and billing requirements.

• Requirements: AR Caller - NIGHT SHIFT
• No Experience or Maximum of 1 year experince in AR Calling within a US healthcare process.
• Strong understanding of RCM workflow, payment posting and denial management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written)
• Ability to work in NIGHT SHIFTS (US time zones)
• Proficiency with billing tools and EMR systems in an advantage.
• No Women candidates for night shifts

• EV/ IV / Payment posting - DAY SHIFT
• No Experience or Maximum of 1 year experince
• Ability work in DAY SHIFT
• Good Communication skills
