AR Accounting Specialist - QBD

Job Summary

AR Specialist - QBD. Hyderabad / Vizag - WFO. Full Time. 6+ years. US Shift: 7 pm - 4 am IST.

Responsibilities

• QBD Experience
• 70% email and 30% Phone Calls speaking with customers to request payment.
• Bonus: if they are familiar with AR apps
• They currently use a tool called Stoot. It is a dashboard for AR/billables and helps the user with tasks and deliverables. It has an AI component, so it sounds pretty cool to use!

Requirements

• The biggest Requirement is English Communication/Etiquette
• Their current AR specialist has gotten complaints about being rude. They need someone who is more graceful/tactful about doing this role.
• Communication needs to be excellent. So I will be required to screen any AR Specialist candidates before going to client.
