Job Summary
Decapods Aquaculture Technology is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Operations Executive to support its aquaculture operations, with a focus on grow out culture. The ideal candidate should have a background in Fisheries, Zoology, Aquaculture, Marine Biology, or a related life science discipline. Candidates with hands-on laboratory experience, knowledge of fin fish and crustacean research, and strong documentation skills are preferred.

Educational Qualifications
M.Sc. in Fisheries, Zoology, Aquaculture, Marine Biology, or a related life science discipline preferred.
Relevant B.Sc. graduates with hands-on laboratory experience or strong practical project exposure may also apply.
Required Technical Skills
Feed Management, Water Quality Management, Grow-out Management, Harvest Management, Scientific research and data analysis, technical report preparation.
