Aptitude Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer to train and mentor college students in aptitude and reasoning skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging training sessions, preparing practice materials, evaluating student performance, and helping students improve their problem-solving ability, speed, and accuracy. The role also involves travelling to different college campuses as required for training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct aptitude training sessions for college students.
• Train students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Problem Solving.
• Prepare training materials, practice questions, mock tests, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
• Maintain student performance records and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate with colleges and internal teams for training schedules and requirements.
• Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions.
• Travel to different college campuses as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Aptitude Trainer/Faculty/Trainer.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
