Aptitude Trainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer who can train students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be good at communication and able to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct aptitude training sessions for students.
• Teach quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
• Prepare and deliver engaging training materials and practice questions.
• Conduct tests, assessments, and mock aptitude exams.
• Track student performance and provide individual feedback.
• Identify students' learning gaps and provide additional support.
• Help students improve their problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Coordinate with the academic/placement team for training activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an aptitude trainer/faculty/trainer.
• Strong knowledge of aptitude and reasoning concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
• Prior training/teaching experience is an added advantage.
