Service Line Responsibilities

• Architect Enhance MES Solutions: Understand Delmia Apriso architecture and contribute to design and enhancements.
• Managed Services Support: Handle Apriso support tickets/incidents as per SLA in coordination with offshore teams.
• Root Cause Analysis Optimization: Solve recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Process Assessment Consulting: Identify improvement areas and recommend technology solutions.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) preferably Delmia Apriso.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, .NET, Java.
• Experience in Manufacturing IT applications and Supply Chain Operations.
• 5+ years in requirements gathering, architecture, and process detailing.
• Hands-on experience in MES implementation (Delmia Apriso suite).
• Integration with ERP, PLM, and shop floor systems.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, database concepts, and integration design.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel for consulting engagements.
