Job Summary

This hybrid role is for an experienced Architect with deep expertise in Aprimo Configuration Aprimo MRM and Aprimo DAM responsible for designing scalable marketing resource and digital asset management solutions. The role requires 9 to 12 years of experience focuses on consumer goods supply chain initiatives and supports day shift work without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design robust Aprimo configurations that align with complex marketing workflows and campaign governance needs ensuring scalable and sustainable platform usage across distributed business units
• Develop detailed end to end architectures for Aprimo MRM and Aprimo DAM that integrate with existing enterprise applications and data platforms in a secure and reliable manner
• Coordinate requirement discovery activities with cross functional stakeholders to translate marketing and supply chain processes into efficient Aprimo solutions that are simple to adopt
• Optimize Aprimo MRM workflows to reduce cycle times for campaign planning budgeting and approvals improving transparency and accountability for marketing investments
• Configure Aprimo DAM structures including metadata models taxonomies and content lifecycle rules that enable efficient search reuse and compliance of digital assets
• Create integration designs that connect Aprimo platforms with upstream and downstream systems such as ERP CRM marketing automation and analytics to maintain data consistency
• Oversee non functional design aspects such as performance scalability resilience and observability for Aprimo implementations to support high volume marketing operations
• Define guardrails and configuration standards for Aprimo usage that reduce operational risk enhance governance and support consistent user experiences across regions
• Guide development and configuration teams by providing detailed solution specifications configuration patterns and review feedback that safeguard architectural integrity
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed privacy consent management and data retention controls across Aprimo MRM and DAM implementations
• Implement monitoring strategies and health dashboards for Aprimo platforms that enable proactive issue detection and improved service reliability for business users
• Document solution architectures configuration decisions and operational runbooks to support efficient knowledge transfer and long term maintainability of the platforms
• Engage with business teams to continuously assess adoption gather feedback and prioritize enhancements that improve productivity campaign effectiveness and asset reuse

• Apply 9 to 12 years of enterprise solution experience to design Aprimo based architectures that are aligned with strategic marketing and supply chain objectives
• Use expert level knowledge of Aprimo Configuration to define fields forms workflows and automations that reflect nuanced business rules without unnecessary complexity
• Employ advanced proficiency in Aprimo MRM to shape capabilities for planning budgeting resource allocation and performance tracking that suit global organizations
• Leverage strong hands on experience in Aprimo DAM to design asset structures permissions and lifecycle policies that support omnichannel content delivery
• Draw on experience in supply chain and consumer goods domains to ensure that marketing operations in Aprimo stay aligned with product availability and trade promotion plans
• Apply solid understanding of hybrid work models and enterprise collaboration tools to support distributed teams using Aprimo platforms during day shifts
• Use strong communication and collaboration abilities to bridge technical and business perspectives enabling smooth adoption of Aprimo solutions by diverse user groups
