Hiring: Apptio / TBM Support Specialist-- Immediate Joiners Only
Location: Bangalore / Chennai
Experience: 10+ Years
Mandatory Skill: Apptio / MOT
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex Apptio issues escalated from L1/L2 support.
- Support TBM modules including budgeting, forecasting, and costing.
- Troubleshoot data load failures, ETL issues, mapping errors, and API ingestion problems.
- Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, and model performance.
- Support dashboards, reports, KPI views, and financial outputs.
- Coordinate with Apptio Support and third-party vendors for platform-level issues.
- Collaborate with TBM Office, IT Finance, Cloud/Infra, and ERP/Data teams.
- Maintain SOPs, KEDBs, documentation, data governance, and financial controls.
