Management Trainee Loan Against Property (LAP)

• Location: Jaipur
• Experience: Freshers (MBA )

Key Responsibilities

• Learn Products: Master LAP/SBL lending products, credit processes, and basic concepts.
• Lead Generation: Coordinate with branch staff to source new SBL and LAP business leads.
• Client & Market Visits: Accompany the team on field visits, market surveys, and customer meets.
• Document Management: Collect and verify customer financial, KYC, and property documents.
• Team Support: Assist in gathering customer requirements and managing client follow-ups.

Desired Skills

• Education: MBA / PGDM graduate (Finance or Marketing preferred).
• Communication: Good verbal and written skills (Marathi is a plus for Pune).
• Technical: Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Traits: Strong willingness to learn and comfortable with field movement.
