2. Stipend / Salary Structure

• Bank Contribution: 14,000 per month
• Government Support: 4,500 per month (as per apprenticeship scheme)
• Total Stipend: 18,500 per month

3. Role Overview

The Apprentice will support product information, customer interaction and branch-level activities. They will be mapped under PHL & SBL functions depending on placement.

4. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear product information to customers.
• Assist branch teams with daily operational tasks.
• Support documentation processes (scanning, uploading, verification).
• Maintain data accuracy and follow compliance guidelines.
• Participate in field visits when required (occasional branch visits).
• Coordinate with senior team members for apprenticeship tasks.
• Handle customer queries related to products (training will be provided).
• Ensure timely completion of assigned targets.

5. Skills Required

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in field/branch roles.
