Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:
   
• Identify and source potential candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, referrals, and the company career website.

1. Requirement Gathering:
   
• Collaborate with concerned departments to understand job requirements and role specifications.

1. Interview Coordination:
   
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with line/hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and stakeholders.

1. Adaptability to Recruitment Tools:
   
• Stay updated and adapt to new recruitment tools, technologies, and innovative hiring methods.

1. Candidate Database Management:
   
• Maintain accurate records of all candidates, including those in process, on hold, rejected, or selected.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and ATS systems.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
