About this role
Who we are looking for :
The role we are looking for is for some one who is really good in understanding data and its relationships. The candidates we are looking for should have exposure to working with data, software engineering , writing scalable reusable code. This person will be working for Salesforce team within Sales and Marketing business function at SS IM , will be expected to work from SS IM Bangalore office.

What you will be responsible for :
Solving problems and challenges our business faces in going about and doing their work on a day-to-day basis. Hopefully the solution will be in code so that it can be scaled.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and maintain require ments and subsequently implement them in an agile environment.
Identify risks and issues that may impact the work and help implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitates communication between internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of updates and changes.
What we value :
These skills will help you succeed in this role:
Masters or bachelor’s degree in computer science .
Good Problem-Solving capabilities .
Above average in programming skills in any language .
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Education & Preferred Qualifications:
B . Tech / M.Tech /MCA degree or equivalent or related field
Understanding software development, lifecycle and software development common practices (code reviews, unit testing etc.)
Exposure to RDBMS and SQL on any platform .
Good written and spoken communication skills.
