Skills and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to solve unstructured problems
- Excellent verbal written communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- HIVE, SAS, SQL, Excel (Good to have -Python)
- Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
- Demonstrate positive attitude, agility, and willingness to learn and develop. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
- Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy
- Must be flexible to work across different shifts

Key responsibilities
- Lead development of products and capabilities that address key business needs in collaboration with Technology, Design, Analytics and Enterprise stakeholders.
- Build and test proof of concepts, incorporating client feedback to refine product architecture and design.
- Oversee product documentation, performance dashboards and operational processes to enhance efficiency, and transparency, and continuous improvement. operational excellence.
- Monitor product health metrics, resolve issues proactively, and drive adoption across users.

- Define and groom user stories, create PRDs, and ensure thorough testing before feature releases.

- Utilize analytics to inform business and customer strategy, optimize user journeys, and support growth through experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel performance).
- Create and implement analytical solutions on enriching data quality for usage across analytics and targeting.
- Create innovative data products encompassing commercial prospect and customer targeting use-cases, to drive profitable acquisition and engagement strategy.
- Develop strategic solutions for current business challenges leveraging data and insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective execution, quality delivery, and continuous improvement.
